1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Site or purchasing any product or service from it, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make a purchase. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
3. Products, Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and may change without notice. Payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor; by submitting payment you also agree to Stripe’s applicable terms. We do not store your full card details on our servers. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors.
4. License for Digital Products
When you purchase a digital product (such as a template, ebook, course, download or other digital file), we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use that product for your own personal or internal business use. This license is granted to the single purchasing buyer only. You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, share, rent, lend or redistribute the product or any derivative of it;
- Upload the product to any file-sharing service or make it available to third parties;
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices;
- Claim authorship of the product or use it to create a competing product.
All intellectual property in our products and the Site remains ours or that of our licensors. Violation of this license terminates it immediately.
5. Physical Products
If we sell physical goods, title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy (where applicable) and Refund & Returns Policy.
6. Refunds
Refunds and returns are handled according to our Refund & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, to attempt unauthorized access to any systems, or to infringe the rights of others.
8. Informational Content Disclaimer
Content on the Site and in our products is provided for general informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, medical, tax or other professional advice. Results vary and depend on many factors outside our control; we make no guarantee of any particular outcome.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ELITE BUSINESS GROWTH ADVISORS LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site or our products.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including affiliate links (see our Affiliate Disclosure). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or your account at any time for violation of these Terms.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at akoshner@gmail.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
